Privacy Policy

VertiPitch ("we," "our," or "us") is deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our B2B roofing clients. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our core SaaS engine.

1. Information We Collect

  • Authentication Ecosystem (Google OAuth): When you log into VertiPitch using Google Sign-In, we collect basic profile data (Email Address, Display Name, and Profile Picture URL). This identity maps perfectly into our Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) database matrix.
  • Property Integration Data: The application ingests geographical coordinates, property valuations, and address metrics exclusively when you actively authorize searches against the Google Maps or Attom Data APIs in the Workspace.
  • Client Datasets: Phone numbers, customer emails, and names explicitly typed into the PDF generation Intake Modal are processed strictly in transit.

2. How We Use and Process Your Data

We process your information exclusively to power the application infrastructure:

  • To construct authenticated SaaS sandbox environments and enforce trial token tracking.
  • To compile and relay property extraction payloads to our Firebase Cloud-Run PDF Generator.
  • To troubleshoot core geometric/topological math errors resulting from specific asset deployments.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Firebase user profile identity indefinitely as long as your account remains active. Property records and historical PDF structures stored within your Firebase project directory are retained to allow you to natively load and edit complex CAD meshes across sessions. You may contact an administrator at any time to explicitly purge your Firestore identity routing array.

4. Third-Party Edge Services

We do not sell your personal or B2B data under any circumstances. However, data is securely routed through the following Enterprise sub-processors to effectively render the UI:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For identity management, Node.js edge computations, and Firestore NoSQL persistence.
  • Google Maps Platform: For rendering high-resolution Street View and Satellite Base-Maps.
  • Attom Property Data: For real-time tax and size valuations.

5. Built for Enterprise Security

We enforce strict standard Content Security Policy directives, prohibiting unauthorized cross-origin evaluation tracking. Our Firebase environment natively relies on standard Cloud IAM rules securely executing behind our authenticated Glass Sandbox protocol.
