Terms of Service

Welcome to VertiPitch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VertiPitch SaaS application, including any CAD geometries, geometric measurements, pricing models, and PDF proposal generation features integrated into our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

VertiPitch provides a graphical interface and mathematical extraction engine for estimating roof topologies and geospatial material requirements.

CRITICAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All measurements, pitches, facet counts, and material waste equations generated by the VertiPitch Engine are mathematical estimates. They are strictly to be used for preliminary quoting and modeling logic. You acknowledge that you must independently verify all dimensions and material requirements on-site before ordering materials or executing a legal roofing contract. VertiPitch, LLC assumes no liability for short-ordered materials, over-ordered resources, or discrepancies in geospatial mapping errors.

3. B2B Sandbox and Trial Tokens

Token Usage: Trial and standard subscription accounts are governed by access tokens. One (1) token is permanently deducted per successfully completed Cloud PDF generation payload.
Zero Balance: If your token balance reaches 0, your ability to extract reports to the native Edge renderer will automatically lock until an administrator replenishes your quota or you upgrade your B2B subscription tier.
Rebates: Tokens are not refundable for geometries that you drew incorrectly or mapped upon the wrong roof asset.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to attempt to bypass the authentication matrix, spoof JSON extraction payloads, or mechanically reproduce the VertiPitch Planar drawing engine. You are fully responsible for all data, property dimensions, and client pricing uploaded into the workspace.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
